Lotto America Drawing Schedule
Lotto America drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday evening after 10:00 PM CT.
Purchase your tickets before 9:00 PM on draw nights to qualify for that evening's draw.
Lotto America Payout and Mechanics
To play Lotto America, you must pick 5 numbers from 1 to 52, plus an additional Star Ball number from 1 to 10.
Tickets cost $1 per play.
All Star Bonus
For an additional $1 per play, you can enable the All Star Bonus to multiply any non-jackpot prizes by up to 5 times. During every draw, an All Star Bonus multiplier number between 2 to 5 is drawn before the official numbers. This determines how many times all non-jackpot prizes are multiplied.

Lotto America Prize Claiming
You can claim prizes of up to $100 from any South Dakota Lottery authorized retailer. Prizes of $101 and above must be claimed from any South Dakota Lottery office. Alternatively, you can also claim your prize by mail.
Jackpot winners must present their winning ticket personally at the South Dakota Lottery headquarters in Pierre.
All winners have 180 days after the draw to claim their prize.
